Morning. When i come to upload pics to my pc they come out as very small and low resolution. I have not changed any settings and cant work out what is happening. SE say do a factory reset but it has taken me ages to set up the phone and everything else is working fine so i am reluctant. Any ideas why the pictures are comming out like low res thumbnails? Many thx
