Help Problem with E-Mails

I have a problem with my e-mails on my Droid X. Everytime I get an email I open it and read it but then the next time I open my email app they say they haven't been opened. And if I go on my email on my computer they all say they are unread.

Its an AOL email.

Are you using an AOL App or the stock droid x email app?

For the stock email app, I'm not sure if this will work for AOL, but this is how I fixed my same complaints about Hotmail.
