Help Problem with flytouch3 2.2 8 gig

Hi all I need a bit of help please on two points.

1. I can only see 775 mb of storage on the device ( should be in the region of 7.5 gig )
when using a file explorer the local drive is empty no apps

2. cant move the new apps that I have installed and were designed to be moved to sd just says operation failed.

Welcome to the club bj. I personally believe that the ROM is incorrectly formatting the internal storage at either 1 or 2 GB instead of the full 4 GB. As far as Apps2SD is concerned it seems that very few apps if any are able to be moved to the SD card. Again my opinion is that this feature was not properly added into the 2.2 build.

Mine came formatted with 1.8GB as 'Internal Device Storage' and 6.2GB as 'Local Storage' which can be accessed from the 'MyPAD' folder.

Personally I prefer to use Link2SD because it gives more control over what goes on the SD card. I'll install it when I get round to rooting the pad.

When I looked in Mypad it says Local is 6.10 gig but it's not a lot of use as even if you copy apk files there ,when you install them they are installed on the small partition which is 700 mb and getting smaller with every app.
