Hi guys. I am using Phonefusion as my visual voicemail. The problem I'm encountering is that when people call me, and it goes to voicemail, often they do not hear my greeting. Instead, they hear the following prompt: "please enter the subscriber number followed by the pound sign."
I contacted Phonefusion, and they said that it was a Sprint issue. Phonefusion always worked just fine before I upgraded to Android 2.1 . Do you guys know what I can do to fix this problem?
