Help Problem! with Htc logo white screen

When i restart my phone it loads then stops on HTC with a white background around it.
I need help please.!
My phone is rooted and i have no clue how to fix it!

Hey notorious have you tried factory resetting your device by booting into recovery?

That would be my first thought too.

Otherwise, to help you we'll probably need more information about the device history, e.g. what if anything changed before this happened, whether there had been any problems. Also what ROM you were running - I don't know this device, but this might help someone who does.
