I received my ibex flytouch 3 android 2 pad last week and I now find the meter for battery does not measure balance of usage correct, IT will only show 57 % full when I know its full, It worked the first time I charged it and said full charge, that stopped on second chg. does anyone know what goes here?

Not sure what might be going on with your battery... I would try posting something in the Flytouch forums and see if another member has also experienced this and possibly has a solution:
