Help problem with installing apps

I'd tried to install an app using sdk without market.I'd connected my phone to the computer but I got an error "Device is not found".And all the software can't detect my phone on computer.Is it a problem with driver?
How can I solve these problems?Please help me

It is a drivers problem.
Start by installing "Samsung New PC Studio", that will install drivers for your device, if that doesn't work, try following "STEP 1 (ADB drivers)" of my tutorial here: Samsung Galaxy i7500 Upgrade
