Help Problem with internet

My phone is Samsung galaxy S2 I9100. When I want the internet I must go to the settings and use packet data, and when I keep it ticked my battery consumed more faster. I want a program which can make it ready to open when I use the browser. That's all thank you.

If you search google play store for something like "mobile data widget" you should find a widget you can put on your homescreen to turn packet data on and off with one press.
