Problem with Kies

I'm running Windows Vista 64bit with Norton 360 and I'm having a problem trying to get Kies to run.

If I try to start Kies the splash comes up and then a User control dialogue box saying a program needs your permision to continue www.teruten.com . If you started this program press continue.

If I press continue another box comes up saying "Initiali Failed". If I cancel the 1st box it just keeps coming back again. Meanwhile the splash just hangs on the screen.

Can anyone advise me?

I have got the same problem only running windows 7. It drives me nuts and has flashing windows that never go away. Granted I don't invest all my time with computer programming and half the pages I go to do may as well be in greek.
But throw me a Bone!!

Don't you hate flashing lights you cannot control?..
ARGGG!!

Guys,
Teruten is a Korean software company, which specializes in DRM protected media products.

To get round the problem ~ Type "msconfig" (without the quotes) in the run space on your PC and then press Enter.
Now go to the tab "Startup", find all entries with manufacturer Samsung and de-select them.
Finally, restart your PC and the teruten program installation window will not appear again.
 
I installed Kies at and first has an error message..after reinstalling a couple of times and getting no changes I uninstalled net frame 4.0 and then reinstalled everything again.

Now when I press Kies while watching task manager it pops up in the list and disappears - no screen comes up or messages, looks like it kills itself before it can do anything.

Seriously fed up with this software now.
