Help Problem with my camera/gallery apps.

Ok, so I did have the pictures not showing up in the gallery (sometimes it even took hours for them to show) but then today I got a totally different problem. Even though the pictures look fine in the after-shot review when I go to gallery they look like this.

Again, this just started today. I haven't added any apps or changed any settings. I have cleared the cache and the problem persists. Any ideas? All of the previous threads suggested by the website only talked about the pics not showing up in the gallery.
 
I think there's a folder on the sd-card called "android" and within it a data folder for gallery caches. Try deleting this folder, and clearing dalvik-cache.

Never seen anything like this.
 
I had this happen to me before on my Blackberry storm. My problem was the card was going bad. Have you tried viewing the pictures on a PC?
 
Cleared the cache and deleted the folder, still the same problem. My phone is taking pictures again, but it's still taking minutes/hours/sometimes days for the pictures to show up in the gallery. The pictures show up exactly the same on a PC so I'm not sure the SD card is going bad.
 
A friend of mine had a phone that did this. I did a soft reset by pulling the battery while in Android and it seemed to fix the issue she was having. Just a though?
