Help Problem with my galaxy s2 playlist!!

I wrote an email to Samsung email support and I am pasting here what I wrote. I hope you guys will understand what problem I am having and help me resolve it.:)
Here it goes:-

Whenever I create a music playlist, after some days(generally around 4-5 days) it becomes empty. I also approached to the Samsung service center twice regarding this problem after doing a factory reset of my phone as suggested by one of your customer care executives on phone. However, this problem still prevails. At my first visit to the service center they told me that it was just a software error and they updated it and gave it back the same day but still after 4 days the playlist I created became empty, so on my second visit they decided to keep my phone and after 5 days when I approached them to retrieve my phone the playlist wasn't empty. The person there said this might be due to a 'feature' of this mobile which makes it refresh the order of songs resulting in emptying of the playlist whenever you add any new song and advised me to not add any songs and keep a watch for myself. I did exactly as they said and didn't add any new songs but still after few days(this time it took a 8-9 days) the playlist became empty. I can approach the service center again but keeping my mobile for very long time, i.e. for 10-15 days is not an option for me and then also i can't guarantee if my playlist will become empty in exactly that period but I can guarantee that it will definitely become empty.

I just want to know:-
1. Is this really some useless feature that refreshes the order of songs resulting to empty my music playlist? And if it is this is really some feature which I think nobody wants, since adding new songs will then become a headache for that person as he will have to remake his playlist every time he adds one or two songs.

2.Is this some bug in android version 4.0.4 and will fix once I get to update to android version 4.1.2?

3.Is this a problem with my mobile which can't be fixed and in such case will I be provided with a brand new replacement for this phone?

I was really disappointed to get such a trouble even after buying one of the high ends phone available in the market. Kindly reply fast with answer to all the above questions of mine and help me resolve this problem.

If anything is unclear to you guys do ask me so you can come to know the correct problem and help me reach the solution.

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S2 version 4.0.4 which is still in warranty.
