Help Problem with my new htc desire hd? image problems

Hi for some reson on the main screen on my new htc desire hd the short cut images of my contacts seem to be very blurry and hard to make out, is there a setting to make it more clear, also my contacts list the pics down the side are blurry to, im sure it was clearer on my other htc i had

also when i scroll up and down on the main screen the icons seem to very slightly flicker
is this normal?

Just sounds like they haven't fully loaded onto your phone and are not rendered.

Hi I get this too only on some image. I believe the reason to be due to the contact images being supplied from a linked social network. I guess they reduce the quality of the image is due to them reducing the quality as they are only thumbnails hope this makes sense.

What I did is that I reassigned same picture 2-3-4 times and finaly I got clean picture.
