Help Problem with Note 3

Hi all

Just since today I have been having issues with my Note 3 when I make or receive calls. Usually when I take the phone away from my ear the screen comes back on and I can end the call, but today this isn't happening.

The screen isn't coming on and the 2 touch buttons either side of the physical button at the bottom don't respond either.

Very weird, any thoughts on what this may be? It's a bit of a nuisance to be honest.

The proximity sensor went bad. It's covered under the warranty. Back up EVERYTHING, and bring the phone in for a warranty exchange. (The buttons should be working on the phone you get as a replacement.)

Just read another thread on here, gave it a blast with an air spray all over and in the ear piece and voila, it's back!
