Root Problem with Odin

Download KIES What's new for Software & Manual SAMSUNG reboot your PC after install and make shure on your phone you enable USB Debuging. Settings -> Application -> Development -> USB debugging

If you are working in ODIN after that KIES should not be running in other words don't open KIES software. you need KIES only so you can install the USB Drivers.

And one small advice if you are trying to flash your phone take out SIM card and SD Card.
