Problem with phone already

My soft keys at the bottom randomly go crazy, either the home key or back key will start flashing and vibrating and and exit whatever im in the middle of doing then it will stop, it does it randomly, but its really annoying, I wonder if I just got a defective unit?

immortel, you're probably just holding the phone the wrong way. Just put duct tape over the buttons and problem solved. J/K, take the phone back and get a new one. But this is good to know though.

Happy to report it was isolated to that one phone swapped it out this morning and this new one is perfect

Mine is doing the same thing, will return tomorrow. Anyone know how to hard reset before I return it?

Just go to att and ask if they will sell it to you. I went in on Friday night and they were selling one to a customer and they said they could sell it me if I wanted. I had to wait cause I don't get paid till end of month. The guy let me play with one for about 20 minutes though.
