Help Problem with push mail

Hi,

I have two exchange accounts: Gmail (mail, calendar and contacts) and work (mail). The problem is that I don't get mails through push. I need to open the program and search for new e-mails manually. Sometimes I need to search more than one time to receive mails.

What can I do to make this work out great?

I could have used the Gmail-app, but then I wouldn't get my work mails. Any ideas?

K9 email in the market and free. I also have 2 push accounts, and a few pop accounts and this works very well.
