Help Problem with sim working on etisalat network

I have purchased nexus 4 (lg) from London, after inserting the sim (micro) mobile is unable to connect with etisalat network, message is coming" YOUR SIMCARD DOES NOT ALLOW TO DO THE CONNECTION WITH THIS NETWORK"

I tried same sim in other mobile, it's working fine, what should i do?
