So, when someone calls me it rings your cell phone , when to call can not hear anything, just do not hear the message , or when play music , and when I put the headphones , then everything is normal I hear, what to do , I made a reset and again is not good
This is probably a fault on the headphone socket, well documented elsewhere on the forum. Plug / unplug the headphones a few times, or try a blast from a can of compressed air.
