Help Problem with text messaging pics

Stock messenger? More than one recipient? Does anybody receive ur mms? Did this just start? Do they receive a blank file or just no message whatsoever?

Have them clear their messages (atleast ur thread). Not sure what type of phone they have but I've had it happen from 3 phones sending to a mytouch 3g.

1 .Is anybody else having the issue of receiving text messages from people twice. This happens to me about 70 to 80% of the time I receive messages. I will get a text message from someone & the same one will come again like 1 or 2 minutes after. Its from numerous different people and companies so its not the sender.
2. Also, when sending text messages that are about say 10 words long, which would for sure just come to someone else as just one text they are getting it in 2 sometimes 3 different messages.
Example Text.. "Hi I'm treb1797 on andriod forums". This would obviously just be one text for the person receiving it. But it will come in parts. The " Hi I'm treb1797 " would be in one text and the " on andriod forums " would come in another.
Called Verizon tech support and they showed no issues on their end. Its funny when the guy texted me the 1-800 # to Verizon so I could call from a land line phone I got his text twice..LOL. We did the whole reset the phone and text messaging thing, but it is still doing it. If anybody else is having this issue chime in or if u have any ideas as well. As Verizon really couldn't do to anything b/c it is what they called an isolated incident.

Someone I work with told me to try calling Verizon direct because it might be something on their end they can adjust (he said it happened to his son's phone and they didn't have him set up for the pic messaging he was trying to do).
As far as double messaging goes, my daughter told me last week that when I text her it comes through twice. I am also bringing that up when I call VZ.

If anybody else is having this issue please call VZW as the more it is reported the more likely they are to look into it. Just a couple people here and there saying something ,it will just get blown off. Thanks again in advance

Honestly nothing can been done. It happened alot when I first got my Charge, but now it only happens once or twice a week & I'm a pretty heavy texter. So it's just one of those things we have to deal with. It's not a phone issue it's a Verizon issue.
