Help Problem With Text Messaging

[iObject]

I recently got a Huawei Ascend from MetroPCS (Not the TapOut). The phone has been great, even after I upgraded it, but I have a problem with texting. When I try to send a text to someone (and it is just this one contact, no other contact gives me trouble), the texts will not send. However, I can still receive texts from this contact...I just can't send my response. How do I fix this problem?
