Hi all! I'm a newcomer to Android via my Galaxy S3. I'm still finding way around and it's been a blast so far, but I've been having a difficult time with my Whatsapps.
I've been getting pop up notifications (which is what I want) when I'm on wifi, but when I'm off wifi and back on the 3G network, the notifications don't appear until I turn on the screen. I'd set the Whatsapp settings for notice tons to "always pop up" but that didn't work. I'd uninstalled and reinstalled the app but to no avail. I'd written to Whatsapp some weeks ago but they've yet to get back to me. So I'm hoping that the community here will be able to offer some solutions.
