Help Problem with window shade scrolling back up...

I haven't been able to find anything concerning this, so it might be an oversight of an option within the settings... but whenever i pull down the window shade menu and click the notification for a new text/email, sometimes the window won't automatically scroll back up. It will open the necessary application, text, email, etc... but it doesn't always return the pull-down window shade. Any clue as to what is causing this and how i can fix it? Thanks in advance, folks.

I have that same issue... and I just scroll that notification panel back up. it's not that big of an issue for me because it does it intermittently.
