Help Problem

Hello, Sarveshweta2 - welcome to Android Forums! :)

Per my PM, I've moved your post to the Note section, in the hope that one of our member's who has the same device can offer you some help!
 
First tell us what diagnostic steps you have taken so far, to save us having to make wild guesses about a bazillion random possibilities, none of which probably have anything whatsoever to do with the fact that you are using a "Note". If none so far then at least restart the phone and see if that fixes it.
