Help Problems about contacts and sync

Hi. I bought Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 6 months ago and I am so annoyed about this ******* contact sync on my messaging system.
It seems that I can't have contacts on sim and phone that are same.If I do that(export from phone to SIM), I'll se in messaing system both contacts,from sim and phone.How to disable that?

I don't have a Y S5360 but in most Androids if you open up the contact app and then go to menu>setting you should see an option of something like "contacts to display" and in there you will have a choice of picking contact databases to show
