Help Problems after updating to ICS

i have just updated my sensation XE to ICS but it doesn't seem to be working. i get white screen with HTC logo in the centre every time i exit an application. it applies to a program too. for example, i changed my wallpaper through setting and when i exited, the white screen re-appeared. and when it does, i will be directed to my home page. it's frustrating really especially when i had to wait for months to get this update. i wondered whether anyone had the same issue as mine.

i dunno what to do as the update has just been rolled out for few hours and no one seems having this white screen issue. any suggestion or advice perhaps?

Hello blackjacks21. I've moved your question/post out of that long thread where I found it, and started a new thread for you, labeled with the "support" prefix.

We're seeing the white screen issue reported around various device areas where ICS has been installed/flashed. It seems to have to do with the chipset compatibility in many cases.

Let's see if other users of the XE chime in about this serious issue.

hello people
recently, i got the official ICS update along with sense 3.6 for sensation XE. now the bluetooth has become nearly useless. i can no longer detect my PC and send files (i could before the update) and my PC can no longer detect the phone, as if its on permanent invisible mode ...

any help would be appreciated

I too am a sensation XE user that just updated to ICS.
I'm also facing the white-screen issue as well as several other problems after updating to ICS.

Solution out anytime soon?

hei, check your setting>develop option>uncheck the last third (dont keep activities) and see whether it appear again ^^ hope this would help
