Help problems downloading paid apps

I'm having trouble downloading paid apps. After I accept to pay and start download they just hang there trying. If I stop them they just sit in the my apps section as trying. I than have to clear data to get rid of them. I can download free apps and music with no problem. I am running AOKP ROM (4.0.3)I know its not my credit card cause my Xoom downloads with no problem. Anyone know a fix?

I've had this issue with downloads in general. In ICS there is a small button on the right end of the download progress bar to cancel the download (it was a button prior). I can't remember what it looks like. Once it cancels, then I would try to download it again.

If it still does not work, you can try clearing data and cache in both Downloads and Download Manager.
