Help Problems following a factory reset.

Just completed a factory reset on my Arc, and the following problems are now apparent. Hopefully someone can guide me through please?

Following the reset, I had to reinstall my Google Account. No problem, I previously elected to sync Gmail, GCalendar, and Contacts. Having sync'd the Gmail and Calendar are fine, but the conctacts only have not appeared in the "Contacts" folder of the phone. They are, however, listed under contacts of the "Phone" folder. Hope this makes sense.

Secondly, Facebook. I do not wish to sync any aspect of FB on my phone, but under "Accounts & Sync" it is shown as a live account. How do I permanently disable/remove this? I have tried to remove the account, but it keeps coming back.

Any help appreciated.

In your Contacts, if you tap on the three headed icon it should give you a list of accounts that you can show contacts from. Make sure your Google contacts are ticked and that Facebook and Sony Ericsson Facebook are both unticked.

In Menu>Settings>Accounts & Sync make sure Google is selected as on and again both FAcebooks are ticked as off. You also need auto sync on if you want to use your phone to keep the google cloud updated of changes on your phone and vice versa.
