Help problems installing software update.

i have just tryed to update my phone, and when i did my laptop decided to sleep, killing the update and making my phone impossable to boot.
how can i fix this.
i can sometimes get it to the emergency screen, but at the moment it has been sitting on the ls boot screen for about 10 minutes

still not going well, the phone still wont turn on, even after leaving it on for over an hour,
what can i do to fix this.
