Root Problems loading new rom

I'm having problems loading

[ROM][16/05][STABLE][Sense2.1+3.0 GB]InsertCoin CM7/STOCK 1.0.1.

Every time i try setting up the new rom it gets stuck at the "Why so Serious" screen. Any help please!

Also what your previous Rom was, have you successfully flashed a Rom before, have you successfully restored a back up, what recovery are you using, are you using Rom manager?

Oh sorry about that. Currently im running:

[ROM][Cool Sense][21 MAR]Cool Z 1.85b/HD 1.84b 250MB FIT|FAST|STABLE|A2SD-D2EXT-D2SD

ANdroid Version: 2.2.1
Baseband Version: 32.49.00.32U_5.11.05.27
Kernel Version: 2.6.32.46-rcmix-110327
Build Number: Cool HD v10
Software number: 1.84.61.2

I followed everything from this tutorial guide.

I used unrevoked and did the s-off procedure with alpharev and partitioned my sdcard with gparted. I flash my rom by going through the bootload method.I actually was able to flash the rom once before but I wanted to try out a new one. However, somehow my sdcard broke so i had to change to a 2gb sdcard until my new one arrives. Since then, i can't flash the rom that i want anymore.

Additional info: For the partition i followed the link above where i partition 1 gb to ext 4. Not sure if i said that right lol. I really don't understand the procedure, I just followed the video tutorial.

you said you did s-off, but after s-off did you flash cm7 table before flashing insertcoin cm7 version?

I dont think so. Don't know what cm7 table is.

then you need to install a2sd stock hboot version

Thanks for the help, i was able to flash the insertcoin cm7 rom. Also, one more thing, my new micro sdcard has arrived and i was wondering if i can just switched my old one with the new one without messing up the phone? DO i just switch the sd card and do another partition?
