Help Problems logging into secure (https://wwws sites)

I am having troubles accessing secure sites on both my samsung fascinate and when it is tethered to my desktop I can get into my microsoft outlook, but not any banking websites. Can anyone help. I get so message saying the server is busy or request is taking too long. Any help would be appreciated

If you are tethering with a free app that blocks https, that's your answer.

the free tethering software is blocking secure sites. pony up the $ for the full version & you will be fine.

It also happens sometimes when i am using just my phone to log in.I am using lookout as my security
