My Ally is running Velocity 1.0 and occasionally my phone will decide to not make or receive a call. I'll dial the number, it will sit there for a few seconds trying to connect and then fail. My wife also says sometimes when she tries to call me it will ring a couple times then go straight to voice mail without the phone ever ringing on my end. This happens while I'm home and I know I've got plenty of signal (typically between 2 and 3 bars). I just got the phone replaced under warranty and my last phone never was updated to Froyo (switched back and forth between Velocity .4 and Punisher ROMs) so I don't know if others have experienced this with either Froyo or Velocity 1.0 or if this is just a glitch with the "like new" phone Verizon sent me. Any ideas would be appreciated!
