I am rooted on 2.1.1. Pretty much every time I make a call, when I press the call button, it goes to a black screen for several seconds before actually connecting. By that time, the person has already picked up and said hello a couple times before I even hear it ring! Then, when receiving calls, most times I'll get maybe half a ring before it cuts off and goes to voicemail. People tell me that it rings for the whole cycle before going to vm, I just don't get any ringing until the last moment before vm kicks in. I've already missed several important phone calls because of this! Anyone have an idea?!
