problems.....please help!

my phone force closes my texting app.....it also cuts out audio either way on my phone calls.....it often doesnt load web pages in a wifi enviornment......what should i do.....its already at factory settings with no apps installed...please help!

Go to the Verizon store and tell them your problems, they will deliver a replacement to your house in 2 days.
