I am on my second DINC now, and I am starting to think I may be going to round three pretty soon. This one has started to have a shorter battery life on me after a couple months of owning it, but I am pretty sure the 10% drop an hour is better than others on here get anyway (I used to get 2-3% an hour). The bigger problems I am having are with restarts. I sent in my first one because it would randomly restart even after a factory reset. As I am typing this now, the phone has already just gone into it's 5th loop in the past 10 minutes. It started while I was using the speaker to play music, but now its just sitting on my bed charging again. I also seem to have a new problem of the screen staying on even after I hit the power button to put it into sleep. After using it, Ill hit the power button and then the screen will just dim showing my lock screen, but I cannot do anything such as dragging down the lock screen. This only seems to happen while charging or after I have taking it off the charger for several minutes. If I don't restart the phone then it persists, and sometimes even after that.
I did a complete wipe and factory reset when I put in a new 8gb internal memory card. Even before that though I had the screen problem. The restarts have happened a couple times, but this morning is by far the worst (as it just went into another loop). I can try and redo my appbrain if anyone needs to see the apps. The only thing I can mention about apps is that slacker wont uninstall. When I try to, it just says it cannot be completed. The app wont run, but it is still there. I will probably do another fac reset because I know the VZ techs will want me to, but does anyone know of similar issues that may have been resolved or should I just call today and ask for a replacement?
