Help Problems recieving pictures in text...

Sometimes ill recieve the pic sometimes it'll just be stuck and says downloading. Im using handcent btw, is there a fix to this issue? Has anyone else experienced this?

Do you experience the same problem when you use the stock messaging app?

(I've never used handcent, so ...)

Yes, thats what caused me to switch over to ChompSMS, that and it would sometimes hang on sending a pic. Have you tried opening up your stock SMS app and getting the pic that way?

Are you trying to receive a picture message while you are talking on the phone? I found out yesterday I cannot get an MMS while talking 3g, but I can while using wifi.

Yes, the stock one just hangs at downloading as well

If you were talking on the phone when the MMS was sent to you, then all your going to see is a download button that does absolutely nothing. Try to get an MMS while you are off the phone and see what happens.

Same here, When I would have issues with Handcent getting it I would just flip over to the stock and get it, restart phone and go straight to stock on the real pesky ones.
