Root Problems rooting ZVD..help :)

Hi everyone !
I decided to upgrade from ZVB with ginger extreme II with ice cream kangwich theme because i had alot of rebooting. anyway long story short i upgraded to zvd and when i went to reroot it give me this message:

also i tried the windows version with vmware and it also gives me the same answer and my phone never reboots or does anything like its not connected. i have my phone on internet connection with usb debugging. Anyway i really missed being rooted some one please help. thanx :)

yea if its not one things its another ...idk why its so many problems ive rooted my phone so many times and it hasnt been this problematic
