Help Problems sending pics via MMS

MMS/SMS with attached pics of only like 394 K will not send. The attachment itself looks like somewhat like a video file and just sits there with "sending" underneath the pic. The pic has an arrow on it and will give the impression that it plays for 5 seconds but will not send. Thoughts on how to send pics via Messaging???

yes and I think that is the issue. With an unlimited messaging plan the real question is does MMS cut into your data plan? I am in no danger of going over 2 GB but by leaving data on I think it is hard to vague how much data is being used by other programs and Apps as well.
