Help Problems since update to S4

Hi, has anyone else had problems with their S4 since update. My partners S4 doesnt always ring, and txt notifications don't always work. Camera noises have stopped too. Were there any benefits to the update, and can it be removed?

You really should specify your carrier in your post, or better yet in your profile. Updates do not go out to the different carriers at the same time.

And have you tried a factory reset? If you have and still having issues then it will be a faulty update.

One thing I always do right after an OTA is factory reset the phone. It fixes any files that may of gotten corrupt during the install, which sounds like what your partner may be experiencing with their phone.
