Help Problems syncing corporate email

Anyone having a problem syncing corporate email on their Droid Charge? The phone will only sync every 5 minutes or so, and is not pushing the email automatically. Our server sides works fine, and the Android Evo and Iphones work flawlessly.

Its like the phone falls asleep. Sometimes i'll get emails pushed for 2-3 minutes, instantly received. Then I won't get any until 5 minutes later.

Not having true push corporate email will be a deal breaker for me.

Had had no problems with mine. First thing I did was a system update then setup my corp. exchange information. Still have the old blackberry on BES next to me and I get emails 3 seconds quicker on the droid than on then blackberry.
