Hi all
I'm new to this, so apologies if it's on the wrong page.
I have just purchased a new HTC Desire, but when I try to sync it to my Outlook account, it keeps saying "no mail", when there clearly is!
I ran through all the account settings a number of times, to ensure the phone had all the information about my outlook account (e.g. domain name, email address, username, server, POP account etc.) but it still won't show me the emails.
While it seems to achknowledge the account, it won't receive the emails. More confusingly, I can SEND emails from the phone (under the outlook email address), but just not receive them
Anyone have the obvious answer?
