Help Problems using bluetooth between my phone and my computer

I have tried to send photos to my computer (windows 7) from my phone via bluetooth.
When the computer seaches and finds and pairs to my phone but displays the phone icon with a small yellow warning symbol - it says that trouble shooting is required and goes to the internet to search for a driver but then comes back with a message 'no driver found'. Subsequently I cannot send photos to the computer.
The strange thing is that I can send photos from my computer to my phone via bluetooth.

I do not know if there is something wrong with the functionality of bluetooth on my computer or if it just not accept bluetooth requests from this phone. Is there a driver available and if so does anyone know where?

Can anyone help?

I have had the same problem, and in research I have done in other forums, it appears that Samsung has not provided the drivers needed for bluetooth to communicate with laptop or desktop computers. It has no problem with bluetooth headsets and other similar devices, but not computers. Doesn't look like this problem will be solved anytime soon, if at all. As an alternative, though, the Kies via WiFI function works better, I think, but you have to be on a WiFi network to use it. Try that if you have one.
