Problems using internet/apps off wifi

Hey everyone,

I'm still pretty new to the Android world (2 months with an S6 after 2.5 years with an iPhone, and a Blackberry before that) and am just getting around to figuring out some of the bugs/techniques that are leaving me stumped.

I'm at a dead-end trying to figure out why I can't use things such as Chrome, Instagram, Facebook, & other apps when I'm not on a wifi network. Done loads of reading but really don't know what the cause is. If anyone could help out, that would be great...not being able to use BeerAdvocate in stores is killing me, and even worse is not having use of Google Maps when out on the road.

At Settings > Data Usage, is mobile data enabled? If so, check your APN settings.

Just checked, didn't seem like it was...going to check if it worked and will report back.

Wow, just goes to show how inept I am with the Galaxy...looks like it's working! Thanks for the help, much appreciated.
