Problems using touch screen when charging?

When I have my shift on the charger, I have a hard time getting the touch screen to respond. This is a real pain in the butt at 5:30 am when my alarm goes off and I can't get the screen to unlock to snooze the alarm I always charge the phone overnight so it's ready for the next day.

Anyone else notice the touch screen being stupid like this when the phone is charging?

I haven't notice anything like this. Are you sure the charger is sending the right voltage to the phone? I had a third party charger I got off eBay for my Hero - and I saw weird behavior whenever it was plugged in to that...

i seem to have that same problem with the alarm in the morning, otherwise i dont notice any difference when its plugged in while using other apps.

Thanks for this reply. I was using the charger cord for my Kindle to charge because it is so long and allowed me to use the phone easier while charging. I switched to the cord that came with the phone and it has seemed to help.
