Help Problems With Avail

Hello my phone keeps turning on and off i cant access anything that is how fast it shuts off .... i don't know whats going on with it i shut it off took the battery out and nothing ... i also shut it off to take out the sd card and still nothing working has anyone ever dealt with this and also is there anything i can do ?

my phone was doing this to me tonight but the problem was a dead battery. Have you checked this? I know it sounds simple but maybe it's not charging. When you have it plugged in to charge you should see some kind of visual like a battery on the screen or at least a lower button lit up. I believe its the back button.

has the phone been rooted?

got same problem. it does it when my call requires number prompts. i bring up dial pad and i don' t even get a chance to press anything because the screen starts going on and off and and the lower button flashes on and off very quickly and is dull kinda whight looking. I have had nothing but problems with this thing... problems sending and recieving texts and calls, would not hold charge, touch screen would freeze up. i have called customer care like 4 times recieved new battery and sim ecause nothing else worked even the factory reset. Ad I still had to have the maufacturer exchange it. NOW... the problem with flashing screen, I'm prob just gonna have to spend the money to buy a completely different phone. THIS is such a waste of money and time and patients.

Sounds like you might have a messed up phone, can you return it to where you bought it for a replacement?

I've had mine now nearly six months and it has worked remarkable well for me, the only time it has misbehaved is when I mess around with it too much and break something by mistake.

If being plugged into a charger causes erratic behaviour, unplug IMMEDIATELY! I think I screwed my battery with a crap charger. Know how hard it is to develop on a phone that reboots incessantly?
