Help Problems with Calls

I have a Sprint HTC Hero and a few nights ago my phone started having problems with calls, i've had it for less than a month i believe and nothing until that night. When someone calls it picks up the call, but i cannot hear them. Looked on the forums for similar problems but i didnt find anything. I know they can hear me but i cannot hear them. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forums! Have you tried rebooting? What version of Android are you running? Have you tried updating your PRL and software? There have been at least 2 software maintenance releases from Sprint for the Hero running 2.1.

Thank you :D, and i have tried rebooting, i have tried doing all the updates software/firmware/prl, nothing has worked. Im going to give sprint a call here in a minute.
 
Ok, i called them and everything is taken care of. I will just get a replacement because apparently they have seen this problem before.
