Help Problems with DHD (since the update to gingerbread)

Hy,
Since I updated my Desire HD phone to gingerbread, I noticed that my contacts photos are so blurry that I can't understand anything from the photo I haven't had this problem with the earlier version of android. Another problem is that my calendar doesn't show the birthdays and the events from facebook but the settings shows that is sync with facebook.
Also I have a problem when I reply to a sms quickly it puts my sms before the received one in the conversation.

Can anyone help me fix this three problems?

Are these photos that have synced from facebook or that are on your handset?

Have you just noticed this over the past few days? I can't offer a solution, but there are others that have been having a problem -

The photos were from facebook but I found a way to fix it, I had to delete any account releated to contacts and than I add them again without out syncing with google contacts. Apparently this fixed my calendar too I don't know why or how.

But the sms problem is still there, I couldn't find a way to fix it and it's a bit annoying. And yes I noticed it over the past few days.
