Problems with divx?

Is anyone running into issues with the video player on the Lucid? I have a .avi file that I'm having trouble playing... it's divx, and the player is telling me I need to register my device... go to the website, and I can't seem to find a way to register the device. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance, this site seems pretty great!

Don't use the player that comes with Lucid. Download MOBOPLAYER app. I haven't had any issues with that player.

thx, but got it to work, just had to play a quick "divx-made" video on the stock player, problem solved.
