Problems with GMAIL on 2.1 Leak V2

Before I ask, I just want to state that I am currently in my office at work and don't have time to search through pages and pages of threads for this answer.

So, that being said, I am not getting my Gmail pushed to me at all. Never. Not after a battery pull or anything. I do not have a task killer because you don't really need one with this leak . I am a paralegal at a law firm and need my Gmail to work because we have our calenders and attorney e-mail accounts set up through Google business. So, please feel free to hit me with some useful advice Also, I do not mind to hear the complaints of others, if you have similar issues.

Check your sync settings.

Settings > Accounts & Sync

Make sure you have Background data and Auto-sync checked

Also make sure that your Google account is on the list at the bottom with a little green sync icon to the right of it. You can also tap your gmail account and see what you have set to sync (Contacts. Gmail or Calendar)

If all of that is ok, then try the sync now button (bottom left).

If none of that solves the problem, let us know and we can work from there.
