Lurker
Would like to find out from HTC Sensation XE users, do you encounter any bugs with the ICS update?? mine was buggy esp wifi connection.Only receiving one signal bar and this is frustrating!and i could not sync my contacts from my previous phone when i could do it previously bef the update. Can someone enlighten pls??

is there any suggestions to overcome this or do i have to wait till the ICS is really stable?

I have tried to reset to factory settings but the problem persists

I've encountered a problem regarding the headset jack, sometimes when you connect it, it won't be recognized at first, then you must restart your phone while the jack is connected, and when booting up, there's this message "Android is Upgrading" always on the screen, then the headset will now be recognized.. But another problem is, it always happened to me.. I think this is not a hardware problem..

i just upgraded to ICS. long pressing on the input screen does not give me the 'input method' to switch between the android keyboard and swype.

do you have the same problem??

switch to one of the other keyboards (not the touch input) from the settings menu. Once you do this, every time you are using a keyboard a small icon will apear on the top left of your screen and allow you to chose!

I have a Sensation XE too and i am experiencing the exact same problem as you are. I formatted my phone, yet still same problem. It does not seem that this is a common problem as i cannot find any help regarding it.
