Help Problems with installing kies mini

I'm trying to install kies mini and every time i try to install it it comes up with an error code "Error: -1605 This action is only valid for products that are currently installed." and it won't let me get past this. Please help

Same thing here with my Vista install of Kies. As soon as the update was released the program asked me if I wanted to upgrade. Then it went into a loop trying to uninstall the previous version. Then it asked me if I wanted to upgrade again. It just keeps looping. So, Samsung has a bug that seems to have been in the past. And has popped up again.

Edit: Oh, I should mention I have the Bell Galaxy S. Though I doubt that matters.
